Responsibilities

* Foster and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the IT industry.
* Conduct thorough consultations to evaluate potential clients’ IT staffing needs and objectives, delivering customized solutions to address their specific challenges.
* Present offshore IT staffing solutions convincingly, highlighting their relevance and advantages in the tech landscape.
* Negotiate and finalize contracts, prioritizing mutually beneficial terms that align with client needs and strategic objectives.
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained support for clients.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT sales, demonstrating a track record of surpassing sales targets.
* Profound understanding of offshore staffing models and current trends in the IT industry.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to the IT business context.
* Capability to perform effectively both autonomously and within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Goal-oriented professional committed to driving results and achieving sales excellence.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
