Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with developers and product managers to define user interface requirements.
* Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
* Create intuitive and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
* Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across platforms.
* Stay up-to-date with current design trends and UI best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Experience: 0 to 2 years in a UI/UX role

Skills:
* Understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices.
* Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
* Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
* Good visual design sense and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus).
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

What We Offer
* Internship Program: A 3-month internship offering comprehensive training. Stipend during the internship is ₹12,000 per month. Applicable only to freshers.
* Full-Time Employment: Upon successful completion of the internship, transition to a full-time role with a salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
* Bond Requirement for Freshers: Freshers will be required to sign a 1-year bond, committing to work with the company after the internship period.
